§   Business Analyst – Converted the business process mapping to PeopleSoft Pension Administration configuration requirements – configured pension parameters – unit and system tested all plan configurations in laboratory environment at Mercer facility.

§   Functional Consultant – Supervised client personnel in pension module configuration, unit and system testing, and user acceptance testing. Helped client create forms and letters and standard reports. Conducted all of these tasks on various client sites and coordinated efforts with third party hosted services vender Computer Science Corporation (SCS).

Size and Scope – Configured and tested the consolidation processing, benefit calculation processing for 45 defined benefit pension plans covering over 60,000 active employees. Terminated deferred vested employees and retiree administration was outsourced to a third party.
