As the Pension Administration implementation team neared their "Go Live" date several unresolved issues required expertise beyond that existing within the implementation team. Paul Gathard was called in to perform a Quality Assessment Review.

Paul reviewed the system configuration and special post-consolidation processing. Then, Paul discovered several configuration errors and made recommendations to change the setup configuration to correct the errors and eliminate the post-consolidation processing procedures.
